to our Fabulous home from home, here in Sunny Orlando Florida.
This beautifully presented 5 bedroom luxury villa with pool in the Silver Creek area of Orlando, Florida is available to rent. It is perfectly situated for golf and family holidays and vacations with Walt Disney World only 15 minutes drive away and a number of other theme parks in close proximity.
For the golf enthusiast Florida has it all and the world famous Greg Norman created Champions Gate Golf Resort is only 15 minutes away amd the Arnold Palmer Legends Course at Orange Lakes less than 10 minutes away with over 25 top class course all within 25 minute drive.
Our home is very spacious and has all the comforts you need
to have an amazing vacation. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.Two of our bedrooms are Master
Suites and the 3 remaining bedrooms have both a double and a single bed sleeping 3 in each room. We have 2 large
living areas, a dining room, a dining nook, large fully equipped
kitchen kitted out with all your needs for a self catering holiday
and not forgetting the laundery room and the fabulous games
room. There is also a PC and a XBox 360 to keep you and the
family entertained as well the abundance
of DVDs, Books, Pool Toys and Board Games.
If all that does not keep you
entertained, well we are sure our 30x15ft pool and
Spa will! From family fun and frolicks it will also offer a
welcome retreat from all that Floridian sunshine. If it does
get too hot out there, well we have thought of that too and
extended the lanai so that there is plenty of shade for those
who need it. For our guests comfort we have supplied lots of
luxury padded sun loungers, a conversation set including a love
seat for you to relax on as well 2 sets of tables and chairs.
There are enough seats by our pool for everyone in your party!
Our home has an barbecue for your use also. All beach
and pool towels are also supplied.
All the living areas and bedrooms
in our home have TVs offering cable,
FREE International telephone and local calls and Wireless Internet
connection,
FREE use of pcas well as all the home from home comforts that
one would expect, including FREE
use of our new baby equipment
which includes a cot, stroller,
and high chair. Safety is also paramount in our home so we have
installed both a safety fence around the pool and the doors
to the pool area have been alarmed also. We also have a full
security alarm system on the home that is monitored 24/7 as
well having it connected up to the smoke alarms. There are also
panic buttons on the system too that will alert any of the emergency
services should you require them.
Our home has a prime position in a quiet cul-de-sac within the
community and not only that but our guests can relax. So sit back after
a hectic day at the parks and enjoy the peace and quite.
